How We Lease
A plain way to lease a center, start to open.
Four steps, no theater. We read the space, plan the mix, go to market, and negotiate the deal through to an open tenant.
The process
Four steps, one principal watching the whole thing.
- 01
Read the trade area
Who lives nearby, who drives past, and what they already spend on. The trade area decides what belongs in the space.
- 02
Build the merchandising plan
A plan for the mix — what the center has, what it lacks, and which use belongs in which box — so each lease strengthens the center instead of just filling a space.
- 03
Go to market
Signage, listing services, a network of more than 1,800 KW Commercial agents², and direct outreach to the operators who should be there — so the space reaches the right operators, not just anyone looking.
- 04
Negotiate and get the tenant open
We work the LOI and the lease with the operator, through to a signed deal and an open door.
² More than 1,800 KW Commercial agents across the U.S. and Canada (KW Commercial, Sept 2026).
